Now that YouTube have pulled all official music videos from the site following a dispute over licensing with the Performing Rights Society (full story), we shall need to look elsewhere for our audio-visual kicks.
So, check out Kutiman - an Israeli musician and producer - who has scoured YouTube for clips of amateur musicians playing a variety of instruments and mixed them together to create seven brand new pieces of music. It's called Thru You and it's a smart idea, neatly executed and at times downright funky.
Our current favourite is the bouncing dub of This Is What It Became - particularly because of the patois-affecting white guy praising Jah and ganga.
